The CarbonoTech Ombudsman is an independent channel, created to ensure that every complaint, suggestion or misconduct report is handled seriously and confidentially, directly by the board, with no intermediaries.
Use this channel when our standard support didn't resolve your issue, or when you want to file a formal complaint, suggest an improvement or report misconduct by the company or its employees.
Use the Ombudsman when:
- Technical or billing support didn't solve your request
- You want to file a formal complaint about products or services
- You want to make an improvement suggestion directly to the board
- You need to report inappropriate conduct by a CarbonoTech employee
- You have a report about ethics, compliance or data protection (LGPD)
